How We Do It
Our engineers aim to locate and repair most leaks during their visit*.
This can include removing floor finishes and excavating concrete floors to access the affected pipework. After repairs are completed, we re-test the system to ensure all leaks have been identified and resolved.
*If a repair cannot be completed during the visit, any additional work required will be discussed with the client.
Costs are often recoverable through building insurance under ‘trace and access’. We provide a written report and an itemised invoice to assist with your claim.
